By using the AgentDashTN website and booking services through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling a service.
Services
AgentDashTN provides on-demand support services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to yard sign and lockbox placement, rental property showings, document transportation, and mobile notary services. Services are subject to availability and service area limitations.
Booking & Payments
All services must be scheduled through our online booking system unless otherwise arranged. Pricing is based on service type and location. Any applicable fees will be shown before booking is confirmed. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [X] hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Service Area
Our service area includes Rutherford County and surrounding areas up to 30 miles. Requests outside of this area may be declined or subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including property access details and any special instructions. AgentDashTN is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Limitations of Liability
AgentDashTN is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, access issues, traffic, or scheduling conflicts. While we take reasonable care in performing services, we are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing property conditions or third-party actions.
Notary Services
Notary services are provided in accordance with Tennessee state laws and regulations. We do not provide legal advice or document preparation services.

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use of website content, images, or materials is prohibited.
